Sirius pop up bar a success
After successfully operating smoothie bar for 1 day during an open evening, Sirius Academy have now gone on to launch a pop up bar which is being run on a longer term basis.
Judging by the queues (shown in the picture) this has been a very popular addition to school life at the Academy.
Claire Smalley Head of business at the Academy said
‘The smoothie bar has been a huge success. Staff and students are enjoying the products and the students have gone from strength to strength operating the bar. Such an opportunity is invaluable in giving the students first hand work experience, responsibility for the bar operations, finance experience and customer service skills development’
